In March of 2018, the City of Vero Beach installed a CleanB^® system to help the facility reduce odor due to the close proximity to homes and receiving multiple odor complaints. Other factors that lead the City to install a CleanB^® system was to reduce costs, improve regulatory compliance and simplify operations
