City of Clinton, IA RWRF Selects the BCR Bio-Scru Drying Technology

BCR’S ANNOUNCES BIO-SCRU® DRYER TECHNOLOGY PROJECT AWARDED

(JACKSONVILLE September 20, 2023) BCR Environmental, a leading provider of proven biosolids and process treatment technology solutions, announced that they have been awarded a Dryer Technology project.

City of Clinton, IA Regional Water Reclamation Facility, a public entity tasked for the collection, transport, and treatment of wastewater for the Cities of Clinton, Camanche and Low Moor, IA.

The City of Clinton, IA selected the Bio-Scru® drying technology system as “they wanted to achieve a Class A product” said Chris Johnson, Manufacturer Rep at Burt Gurney & Associates.  “Several drying technologies were evaluated and, in the end, the BCR Bio-Scru® was selected due to the many benefits the Bio-Scru provides, including it’s a “Safe, Enclosed system”.”

Joshua Scott, president and CEO of BCR Environmental explained “We help our customers solve their technology challenges in a better way.  Our team was able to bring the Bio-Scru® demo unit to the City of Clinton’s site and allow them to see the Bio-Scru® process their facility’s actual material.”
