Greg Herr
Vice President of Operations
Greg Herr is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in capital rotating equipment. Throughout his career, he has built a strong foundation in Project Management, Customer Service, and Strategic Business Development.
In his most recent role, Greg oversaw the development of global operating models and enhanced resource productivity. His previous positions include leading the growth of aftermarket services, managing high-impact corporate projects, and shaping a forward-thinking services IIoT strategy. Known for his strengths in team building, product development, and relationship management, Greg has consistently delivered measurable results across complex operations.
Greg also managed North America’s Parts Distribution Center, where he successfully improved delivery performance and significantly reduced backlog.
He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College. Outside of work, Greg enjoys outdoor activities, sports, and—most of all—spending time with his family.
